Our Story

i-Serve humbly started out with a compact yet dynamic team led by three entrepreneurs with over 30 years of collective experience. We started out in 2001 by providing Smart Card solutions and software development, before progressing to create kiosks for big names such as Eastman Kodak, Nokia, as well as AirAsia. We have developed numerous mobile apps for conveniences such as bill payment, and prepaid reloads, before setting foot in the fintech industry. Today, i-Serve spans a wide team of professionals, with offices across the Klang Valley.

Our Milestones
2001
  • Introduced Smart Card and Biometric Fingerprint Solutions.
2005–2007
  • Launched MyKad Key Ring & Enforcement Reader.
2008–2009
  • Developed Mobile Gen-I Kiosks for telco prepaid reload and digital photo printing.
  • Rolled out Photo Printing Kiosks for Eastman Kodak worldwide.
  • Introduced kiosks for Nokia content downloads.
2010–2014
  • Set up bill payments kiosks.
  • Self-service Kiosk for prepaid reload, bill payments and bus ticketing.
  • Launched and managed AirAsia Airline ticketing counters in Malaysia.
2015–2017
  • Developed mobile applications for telco prepaid reload, bill payments and bus ticketing.
  • Set up auto top-up kiosks for telco prepaid reload.
  • Obtained approval from BNM as an authorised payment gateway provider.
  • Obtained e-Money license
2018-2019
  • Certified PCI DSS (Level 1) compliant.
  • Launched UChat, the first Malaysian 2-in-1 messaging and e-wallet app.
  • Launched ATSC - App
2020
  • Launched Pay4u as new Payment Gateway product.

In 2015, i-Serve won the award for “Smart Technology Solutions” in the Asia Pacific Brand Laureate Excellence Special Edition World Awards under the category of Brand Excellence.
